ENCORE LAMB is a vertically integrated USA based joint venture business between the Managing Partner Steve Starnes and Ovation New Zealand Limited.
Collectively we share a passion for lamb and have decades of experience servicing the North American lamb market. It is our USA market and food-service knowledge that sets us apart enabling us to advise and support customers with both product and menu options.
Supplying lamb from both Ovation in New Zealand, and established relationships in Australia, Encore provides a unique direct, consistent, reliable, and renowned supply of high-quality product that is available all year round.
We run robust programmed supply agreements with our farmer suppliers enabling us to run the same with our customers.
